Meet Katie
Hello, I'm glad you're here. I'm Katie Mayers, Founder and Lead Consultant at Bold Goat.
For more than 20 years, I've worked with organisations to communicate through change, strengthen leadership and build meaningful relationships with the people they serve. My career has included senior communications leadership roles in local government, alongside consultancy work across the public and third sectors.
Alongside my background in strategic communications, I'm a qualified leadership coach and facilitator. Coaching has transformed the way I work. Whether I'm supporting a leadership team, facilitating a workshop or coaching an individual, I bring the same curiosity, thoughtful challenge and belief that lasting change happens when people are given the space to think, reflect and grow.
Today, I lead Bold Goat, working directly with clients and collaborating with a trusted network of specialist associates. Together, we combine expertise across communications, engagement, coaching and facilitation to deliver tailored support that helps organisations and the people within them thrive.
